Transparency and consistency are at the forefront of our values. Our Gal PALS are guaranteed to have the minimum:

• Blue Card/WWCC 

• Updated and confidence in First Aid/CPR

• Full and clean driver's licence 

• 18 years and above 

• A minimum of 2+ reputable references 

• ABN 

• Certificates of Training from BrightHR in:

  • Mental health awareness, time management, when to be assertive, sexual harassment and equality, diversity & inclusion awareness 

• Experience with children (whether in a professional or private setting) 

• Based from Kingscliff NSW to North Gold Coast

• We practice a gentle parenting approach, ensuring boundaries are still set although room for feelings is made. 

• Nature based play and 1 on 1 learning is a true passion of ours at PALS PN.
